Dr Shailaja Mulbagal is a homoeopath, yoga teacher, and therapist with over 30 years of experience in Iyengar Yoga. She emphasises correct alignment, mindful movement, and individual needs, particularly for seniors and those requiring therapeutic support. A skilled pranayama teacher, she uses breathwork to strengthen the body and calm the nervous system. Known for her clear teaching style, she ensures every student feels supported and safe. With a background teaching in India, Singapore, the Netherlands, and Abu Dhabi, she has helped many improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve true wellbeing through personalised classes that cater to all ages.

In this routine, where we are all burdened with stress and where overthinking, anxieties, and depression have become common companions, unprocessed emotions have overwhelmed our nervous systems. The sessions are designed to transform it all into a calm, peaceful, safe, and secure journey for you. 


Guided meditation sessions & grounding techniques such as breathwork, humming, chanting, indulging in art and journaling, walking barefoot, being mindful and more, help relieve stress, improve sleep,  better overall health, balance hormones, and also regulate the nervous system.

PAINT, JOURNAL, READ, WRITE, LEARN, MEDITATE. SAVOUR, SIP, FOLLOW YOUR OWN RITUAL, OR JUST BE!

Indulge in calming activities offered at the hub, meet like-minded people, savour a healthy snack, or practice your own wellness ritual.


We are here to host you and to guide you through pre-designed amenities and kits. This is your mental fitness gym. Spend an hour daily at IN THERE,  relaxing and rebuilding yourself.
